2. The application specified in the preceding paragraph shall accompany the following documents:
(1)Documents stating the estimated costs of the alterations, and documents stating the procurement procedures for land and objects;
(2)Documents indicating construction design, specifications, and estimated construction costs;
(3)In the case of effecting alterations to the aerodrome site, documents certifying either that the applicant shall have ownership or other title to use the modified aerodrome site concerned or that the applicant is guaranteed acquisition of the site concerned;
(4)In the case that the applicant is a juridical body or an association, any documents that certify the resolution concerning the modification of the aerodrome site.

 

(Application for Approval of the Construction Enforcement Plan regarding Significant Alterations to the New Tokyo International Airport)
Article 86-(2) The provisions of the preceding Article (restricted to the provisions of paragraph 1 items 1 to 4, item 6, and item 8; and to the provisions of paragraph 2 item I (restricted to the case of only land and objects which are subject to alteration), item 2 and item 3) shall, in the case of the establishment of the New Tokyo International Airport Authority requesting such permission under the construction enforcement plan, other than under the provisions of the first half of Article 55-(3) paragraph 1 of the Law.

 

(Notification of Application for Permission for Alteration, etc.)
Article 87. The details that shall be notified and posted at the site under the provisions of Article 38 paragraph 3 of the Law, which is applied in accordance with Article 43 paragraph 2 and Article 55-(3) paragraph 2 of the Law, shall be as follows;
(1)Name and address of the applicant;
(2)Location and name of the aerodrome;
(3)Items projected for alteration.
(4)Revised approach surface, transitional surface, and horizontal surface
when alterations to approach surface, transitional surface, and horizontal surface shall be necessary.

 

2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be applied accordingly to the case in which the Minister of Transport makes alterations to aerodrome facilities.

 

(Application for Permission for Deactivation or Closure of an Aerodrome)
Article 88. Any person who shall seek permission for the deactivation or closure of an aerodrome for public use, under the provisions of Article 44
